US-based Nigerian lady, Dr Sandra Duru, also known as Professor Mgbeke, has released a voice recording purportedly of a conversation between her and the suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan after the senator claimed not to have known her.
The senator had dismissed claims made lately by Prof Mgbeke as lies, saying that she was never her ally and that she had never spoken to any Dr Sandra Duru or Prof Mgbeke in her life.
Reacting to the senator’s denial, Prof Mgbeke first released a voice recording purportedly of Natasha’s first call to her after the incident of sexual harassment scandal had broken out.
Then on Wednesday evening, she released another voice recording purportedly of Natasha speaking animatedly with her over the phone about some of her (Prof Mgbeke’s) writings and how she (Natasha) intended to continue to pursue the sexual harassment campaign internationally.
In some of her earlier posts, Prof Mgbeke had claimed that she started supporting Senator Natasha the moment the scandal broke out, but she had to retrace her steps when she tried to get an idea of the sexual harassment evidence she had against the Senate President, and there was none.
She said she then advised her that they needed to change strategy and make peace, but the Senator allegedly rebuffed the suggestion, leading to their fallout.
She has since been dragging Natasha on her Facebook wall, calling her a manipulator who could use anything and anyone as a stepping stone to achieve her aims.
She accused her of luring principled people into helping her fight her personal battles in the name of defending the rights of women in Nigeria. She said this was dishonest, and she could not be part of it.
Reacting to Senator Natasha’s satirical apology, Prof Mgbeke wrote on her wall on Wednesday:
“That “election’ you brag about? Please. After Nsima your darling lost his job at NDDC, you did not waste any time to change him like a piece of wrapper! You took Emmanuel from Emeka’s office that day in Port Harcourt like a scene from a Nollywood thriller. Snatched him from his wife, kids, friends, and peace of mind through seduction, erection, and eventually domination, sealed with court suits, intimidation, spiritual entrapment, and a charm combo from Ogun State and Ebira land as you told me.
Now, you’re here complaining that his erection is gone and you’re planning your next “catch” like a seasoned fisherman?

Prof Mgbeke, again, promised to release more evidence tonight, May 1st, at 7 pm.
At the time of filing this report, her post has attracted over 400 comments, mostly commending her activism, but some accuse her of having been bought over by Senator Akpabio to betray her former ally.
