Access Bank staff secretly recorded 400 videos of naked colleagues in office bathroom

Access Bank staff caught with over 400 nud3 videos of colleagues he recorded in the office bathroom
Stephen Ifeanyichukwu Ejezie, a former quality assurance specialist at Access Bank’s contact centre in Oniru, Lagos State, has been accused of secretly recording hundreds of videos of his colleagues in the office restrooms.
According to FIJ, Ejezie’s activities were exposed on Wednesday, April 24, when he was caught inside the female restroom around 1:30 am, recording a female staff member while she was bathing.
Following the incident, the bank reportedly ordered his arrest, and his home was subsequently searched. However, Ejezie has since been released.
Although it appears the bank has terminated his employment, some affected staff fear they may not receive justice.
With Ejezie’s quick release from police custody, many contact centre employees believe the bank might avoid pressing charges in a bid to protect its reputation.
“Maybe it’s because we are contract staff,” one employee remarked.
Employees at the contact centre, which serves as Access Bank’s customer service hub, often work in shifts—sometimes sleeping and freshening up at the office.
A staff member recounted: “Ejezie sneaked into the ladies’ restroom. It seemed he planned to hide his camera again. A woman taking her bath noticed a phone recording her from an adjacent toilet cubicle. She spotted the camera by chance.”
After she raised the alarm, others demanded the person behind the door to come out. When the door was opened, Ejezie was found inside. He reportedly claimed he didn’t know how he ended up in the female restroom but couldn’t explain why he was recording.
Further investigations uncovered more video clips of female colleagues bathing or undressed, found on Ejezie’s devices.
Police raided his home the next day, Thursday, and discovered over 400 videos of naked female colleagues stored on his laptop.
Selling the Videos Online
Sources allege that Ejezie sold the illicit videos online to foreign buyers, including individuals from India and other countries. He allegedly operated an OnlyFans account and sold the videos on Telegram as well.
Describing Ejezie’s personality, a former colleague expressed shock: “He was always so calm and considerate. He was an outstanding agent. No one could have imagined he was capable of something like this.”
