Wangari Muthuma, a prominent entrepreneur and owner of Nairobi Outpatient Gulf Hospital, has thrown out her husband, a popular pastor, Dishon Mirugi, from their matrimonial home due to alleged infidelity.
Sources reveal that Wangari expelled Pastor Mirugi from their luxurious home after uncovering his affair with a church member, identified as Monica Maina — the Chairlady of Flying Eagle International Ministry Church in Thika, where Mirugi serves as pastor.
Wangari allegedly discovered explicit text and WhatsApp messages between her husband and Monica.
Following a confrontation, Monica reportedly issued death threats to Wangari, who then reported the incident to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) at Kasarani Police Station.
After returning from a business trip abroad, Wangari posted a cryptic message on Facebook, hinting at marital troubles and emphasizing that she values self-respect and safety over staying in a toxic relationship.
She stated that infidelity was the root cause and expressed her preference for singlehood rather than stay with a cheating partner.
The couple tied the knot last year in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family.
