
A terrifying scene unfolded at a primary school in London, United Kingdom during a 16th birthday party when a gang of 50 youths armed with knives stormed the venue and launched an attack.
Children fled in various directions as the stab gang stormed Elm Park Primary School’s hall in Havering, Essex, around 9 pm on Saturday.
Dozens of police officers swooped on the school to stop the onslaught of the gang members, and reportedly battled the youths till 11 pm, when some order was restored.
Two victims, aged 16 and 19, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening knife injuries.
Videos circulating online captured the chilling moment when children and partygoers ran in different directions, desperately seeking safety from the rampaging attackers.
Police said three teenagers were arrested at the scene on suspicion of assaulting emergency workers.
According to eyewitnesses, the violence erupted without warning as the masked gang forced their way into the party.
“It was absolute mayhem,” one parent said. “These young children were just trying to celebrate a birthday, and suddenly they were running for their lives. It was horrifying to watch.”
