Passport handed back to him after brief arrest
Publisher of Sahara Reporters and politician, Omoyele Sowore, was arrested upon his arrivial in Nigeria from the United States of America, detained briefly and released by the Department of State Services (DSS) on Sunday morning, September 15.
The “Revolution Now, convener revealed the arrest in a post he shared on X. Then about 20 minutes later, he revealed he had been set free.
He wrote:
“I have just been released by the Nigerian Immigration after a brief detention and my passport released back to me. #RevolutionNow”
