GTB MD Miriam OlusanyaForemost Nigerian bank, Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) experienced significant dragging online on Thursday following a long spell of digital service outage.
Some customers took to X to lament that they were experiencing difficulties sending or receiving money.
They also complained that the bank’s ATM cards were being rejected and it was difficult to access their account balances, among other difficulties.
The anger of many of the customers is that the outages are becoming too common.
One wrote: “It’s becoming a pattern. Get your sh*t together.”
Another wrote: “It’s frustrating!”
