Man accused of kicking his wife out for refusing to sell land gifted her by her mum
Hubby allegedly told the church he was never married
A woman has cried out for justice after her husband threw her and her three boys out of their home in order to bring in a new wife.
The man, identified as Collins Oghenero Odorume, is now scheduled to marry another lady at Annunciation Catholic Church, Bazunu in Warri, Delta State next Saturday, December 16.
According to the first wife, their rift was caused by her refusal to sell a plot of land given to her by her mother.
The aggrieved wife reached out to an activist to help her get redress. The activist by X name, @MadamUfuoma, wrote on the platform:
“Ladies and gentlemen,
His name is Collins and he threw his wife out of the house and he is about to remarry without properly divorcing his wife. He threw his wife out of the house because she refused to sell the plot of land her mother gifted her. He has also abandoned his 3 kids.
Like I said, I need Nigerian women to start suing these bottom barrel b@stards for bigamy because they get away with too much and until y’all start teaching them some lessons, they won’t learn.
They get away with bigamy, they abandon their kids and crawl back years later to claim paternity, snap out of that “God will judge him” era, you be the judge, be his karma.”
In follow-up tweets, Madam Ufuoma said she contacted the church that is planning to wed Collins and his new wife and told them the man was not yet divorced from his first wife.
Ufuoma said the priest of the church said the man told them he was never married.
