Vengeful South African man beheads ex-colleague, takes selfie with his dead body (Video)

A South African man returned to his former place of work and stabbed his former workmate numerous times in front of onlookers near the premises of a mining company identified as Sibanye-Stillwater.

Shocked onlookers, at least one of whom recorded the ghastly scene, exclaimed at the sight unfolding before them, but no one tried to save the victim.

In the video and images, the knife-wielding man is then seen posing for selfies with the body from different angles.

According to Harare Live, the deceased had multiple lacerations to the neck and a deep laceration to his stomach. A small knife can also be seen resting on the man’s gutted stomach. According to unconfirmed reports, the man also ate some of his victim’s intestines.

Sibanye-Stillwater’s spokesman, James Wellstead, confirmed the disturbing incident but said it did not happen on the company’s premises but in an informal trading area nearby.

Stillwater’s spokesman confirmed that the victim was indeed an employee and that the suspect was a former employee who was dismissed from the company for unknown reasons.

It seemed the suspect came on a revenge mission as he and the deceased were involved in disputes in the past, according to Wellstead.

He said: “The deceased met the perpetrator in an informal trading area and thereafter the perpetrator killed the deceased.”
