A commercial tricyclist has been arrested after failing to pay back the N3.7m he allegedly squandered at a nightclub.
Videos shared online showed him spraying money at a nightclub and outside as people followed him out.
In another video which has also gone viral, he was spotted being dramatic as his creditor demanded for the money.
