Apart from complete mastectomy, it does look like the nipples were reconstructed to be smaller.
Non-binary or genderqueer is an umbrella term for people who identify as neither male nor female—identities that are outside the gender binary.
The lady shared the video on TikTok with a background song which said that she cut off her boobs because she doesn’t need them.
